Responsibilities include prospecting for new tenants, building long term relationships, market research, coordinating the space planning team, negotiating the final deal points, finalizing and executing the lease documents.   Candidate needs to possess the following characteristics:  Aggressive, self-motivated, takes the initiative, excellent communications skills, able to deal at a high level with CEO and Presidents of companies.  Candidate should be very creative in nature.  Ethical, high integrity and a positive thinker is a must.

We've developed several new sales tools during the last twelve months that are proving to be very successful in increasing our tenant rep base.  We plan to stay on the leading edge.  Our goal is to be a "great" small company.

Successful candidate should possess the ability to hit the ground running, grow into managing other Tenant Rep Agents, with long term possibility of becoming an Equity Partner in the company.


Minimum of two years successful Tenant Rep experience representing Commercial Real Estate tenants in the Dallas Metroplex. 


College Preferred.  Candidate must have an Active Texas Real Estate Real Estate License.


Commission Basis.  A very competitive commission plan


Bonus will be based on performance... We will offer a very attractive bonus for over performance as well as trips, gifts, etc.

The most important bonus for the self-motivated self-starter is the potential to move up quickly into managing others as our company grows, and the long term potential of becoming a Partner in the company.
